We are coming to the end of summer and ingredients that are wonderful are starting to live together. Raspberries and blackberries, we love melons and watermelons, our beloved eggplants and already the penultimate tomatoes. Pumpkin and peach, along with grapes. We are enjoying the white tuna belly and the baby squid, although poultry and some exceptional red meat always stay with us.
Our menu presents nine different dishes every day that can be taken as a tasting menu or, if you prefer, as an a la carte choice.
Ingredients change daily and so do the dishes that are prepared. There are products that we have in the kitchen for just a few weeks and others that last a few days. The goal is to seek the highest possible quality to share with our guests.
We love meat, poultry, fish and seafood. We make a very careful selection, always respecting all closed seasons and seasons. These animal proteins will go in and out of our menu always looking for the extraordinary quality of the product.
