Summer brings golden light, long days, and a warmth that invites slow, unhurried enjoyment. 

Gardens overflow with sweet tomatoes, crisp peppers, and blooming zucchini, while the first bluefin tuna, northern bonito, langoustines, and prawns arrive at their peak.

Dishes become lighter, guided by the sea's freshness and the land's ripeness: sun-raised poultry and raw milk cheeses patiently matured. It is a time of balance and a vibrant, radiant, and sincere cuisine.
