At the entrance, we have created a cozy space for the aperitif, ideal to start an unforgettable experience in a relaxed way, which makes Pabú an original restaurant in Madrid.
In addition, within this space, we have a reserved area with capacity for 14 people, perfect for private occasions and the most intimate celebrations.
In the main room, of 90 square meters, we receive a maximum of 30 diners distributed in nine tables. Here, you can enjoy a spacious and diaphanous atmosphere, with tables distributed to ensure comfort. From all of them, you can see both the kitchen and the wine cellar, allowing diners to feel more connected with Pabú, an original restaurant in Madrid.
The kitchen, with an area of 45 square meters, is covered with granite from Madrid and designed by the renowned Coco Montes. Every detail is designed to merge the traditional with the modern, using classic cooking elements to innovate and surprise diners every day. This mix of innovation and tradition is one of the pillars that distinguishes the proposal of the original restaurant in Madrid; Pabú.
