Let yourself go- Liquid selections for wine pairing. From the creativity and the love for gastronomy, we offer several experiences where you can feel wine in a special way, paired with each dish. The wine pairings change daily, just like our dishes.
Still Wines pairings - following either a Classic or a more Curious path.
Pate: my father - 8 glasses. €100.
Bubú: my mother - 6 glasses. €80.
Champagne pairings - lose yourself in the bubbles.
Pate: my father - 8 glasses. €210.
Bubú: my mother - 6 glasses. €160.
Sublime pairings - exceptional wines, an unforgettable sensation.
Pate: my father - 8 glasses. €300.
Bubú: my mother - 6 glasses. €250.
Free Alcohol pairings - it may contain up to 0.4 Vol. Not suitable for children.

We also offer a corkage service. The limit is two bottles per reservation, the first for €40 and the second for €60.
Please note that we do not allow corkage for wines currently available on our wine list.

At PABÚ we have an extensive liquid offering, always seeking to convey the care that the producers we work with put into it.
We have a great passion for wines and for all those projects and winegrowers who care for their land and the fruit. The production in the winery must be minimal; just enough to help the land give us excellent wines. We have approximately 200 references of still wine and 40 from the AOC Champagne.
Our wines rest in a carefully maintained, air-conditioned space, built by a blacksmith from Belmonte de Tajo, Madrid, and which forms a fundamental part of the room.
