How do I make a booking?

Reservations can be made via our website (Reservations section), by email (coco@restaurantepabu.com), by phone (91 104 86 05 or 689 69 67 26), WhatsApp (645 47 27 68), or Instagram (@restaurante_pabu).

Our chef and host, Coco Montes, personally handles calls. If we cannot answer immediately, we will return your call as soon as possible.

What are the usual opening hours?

- Tuesday and wednesday: lunch.

- Thursday: lunch and dinner.

- Friday: dinner.

- Saturday: lunch and dinner.

Opening hours may vary, so please check with us before visiting.

Is my booking confirmed?

Yes. After a phone confirmation, your table is secured. We don’t do unnecessary reconfirmations or enforce shifts, so you can enjoy your table throughout the service.

What are the reservation policies?

- Cancellations (full or partial) made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged €100 per person.

- Minimum spend: €100 per adult, €50 per child (over 4 years old).

 

These policies help us maintain quality and ensure every table receives our full attention.

How long does the experience last?

Service lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours, depending on the number of courses and each table’s pace. We adapt to your schedule.

Do you require a reservation guarantee?

Yes, a reservation guarantee is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged €100 per person.

Do you offer set menus or a la carte?

We have three tasting menus that vary according to the micro-season, complemented by a daily à la carte menu. Eight different dishes are served each day, all reflecting our philosophy of micro-seasonal cuisine in Madrid and available with exclusive drink pairings.

Do you offer gift experiences?

Yes. Personalized gift vouchers and cards are available, valid for six months, and can be purchased on our website.

Can you adapt to special diets or allergies?

Yes. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance so we can guarantee safe options.

Is valet parking available?

Yes, valet parking is available for your convenience.

Is the space accessible?

Yes, the space is 100% accessible, including an elevator and an adapted restroom for those with limited mobility.

Are children allowed?

PABÚ is intended for an adult audience. Children are admitted only in exceptional cases, preferably those over 12, and must be able to enjoy the same menu and ambience.

Do you have a dress code?

Formal dress is not required, but we suggest dressing neatly and elegantly.

Can I bring my own wine?

Yes. Corkage service is available for up to two bottles per reservation:

- First bottle: €60.

- Second bottle: €80.
Please note that wines from our menu are not allowed.
