The restaurant

The space is distributed over two floors: the ground floor, where the reception is located, and the main dining area, which houses the kitchen and wine cellar, creating a unique atmosphere for any corporate event or special occasion.

The lobby

The entrance and reception area are ideal for welcome cocktails, with a private seating area for up to fourteen people. This area features a service office, a private restroom, a separate exit to the building's entrance, and a glass-enclosed floor overlooking the kitchen. This design makes PABÚ a restaurant for events in Madrid with exceptional facilities.

The main dining area

The main dining area features the kitchen, a wine cellar designed by Coco Montes, and restrooms. Accessible via stairs or a glass elevator adapted for individuals with reduced mobility, it offers panoramic views of the restaurant throughout the journey.

The private room

It is designed for private events and offers the following features:

  • 25 m² of space

  • Independent entrance and exit from the rest of the restaurant

  • Private restroom

  • Table with various configurations depending on the number of guests, up to a maximum of fourteen

  • Option to project presentations on a large wall

  • Folding doors 3 meters high, closing to the ceiling

Configurations

The room is a warm and modern space from where you can see the glass-enclosed kitchen and wine cellar, ideal for corporate events :

  • Surface area of 65 m².

  • Adaptable configuration according to the event: 9 tables for 38 guests in standard layout and a maximum of 42 in other configurations.

  • Perfect for a wide variety of events: special occasions, business meetings, tastings, presentations, and celebrations.
