At PABÚ, we adapt each menu to our guests’ allergies and dietary preferences, always offering vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

Our liquid universe

PABÚ's wine list is born from the micro-season and a rigorous search for gastronomic coherence.

It is structured in chapters such as AOC Champagne, Traditional and Macerated Whites, Fascinating Reds, Rosés in Splendor, Sweet Wines and The World Without Alcohol, building a precise and contemporary journey.

With nearly four hundred references, key producers and offering almost all references by the glass (including a solid non-alcoholic proposal), the winery is conceived with depth, criteria and a vocation for international excellence.

Our wine list is, above all, a big smile. A natural extension of what our cuisine aims to convey: emotions.
