PABÚ's wine list is an invitation to smile: a natural extension of what our cuisine seeks to awaken: emotion.
All the wines on our list are available by the glass. Each bottle receives meticulous care, both in its service and storage , to guarantee the highest quality from the first to the last glass.
This selection stems from knowledge and an inexhaustible curiosity, but also from sensitivity and empathy towards those who discover it.
